Return of Reckoning

This is what randomly happens when i'm playing this game. Every 10min to 1hour i get a massive dip in the connection, the game freezes up and if i TAB out and tries something like google chrome i get the text connecting to proxy. I dunno what it is, but something in this game makes my connection spike, or time out. I used to be able to play this game when it was live on a dial up connection without any issues. The problem started once the game came back from the DDoS attack. Before that It was no isses at all.

I've also done a ping test now, and my connection got graded A, with 40ms latency, and no packets loss. So, pretty sure it's server side.
