Return of Reckoning

I don't know if this was ever covered in another topic. Me and my father have a local server that is fairly powerful. We also both have programming skills. I was wondering if this game was open source to the point that we could get content to run this game on our just for our amusement. We would honestly just run it, change settings and grant ourselves godly powers and do dumb stuff. We were wondering if that was a possibly at all.
