Witch Elf's crit chance tactic

Does frenzied mayhem tactic real works? i see bonus from 2 stacks of bloodlust but from 3 to 5 i'm not see in character melee stats.

Last time i tried Broad Severing (i was grinding mobs, k?) it didnt work. It removed all my AP. I wonder if it got fixed.

I dont think so, for example marauder's crushing blows tactic had a chance to give 225 morale to all enemies from aoe, but not remove morale. It worked very bad and bugtracker's specialists know that and fixed it in last patch only afterward a month

Frenzied Mayhem works. But it wont give you so much burst potential, as you obviously expected.

My mates reports, that this tactic are not working.
It's not only not adding crit.rate to stats, but they didn't see crit.strikes number increased too.
Also, this tactic adding crit % to stats but only at 1 and 2 frenzies, if more - all bonus crit.rate from this tactic are removing from stats.
