Choppa Scumbag use global cooldawn hack

Hi everyone
I have character this is 32lwl slayer
Today i die in one sec from choppa Scumbag when our wb atack keep
His ability Wot's Da Rush do more multipple damage in one sec + ability Hurtins Time.

how you can see his abilities work more times in 1 sec. It is global cooldawn hack

wasnt their as similar occurenece of this with slayers aoe snare as well?
i dont think that was a hack but rather a bug or something

i play choppa ( have 32 choopa too) but i dont see this bug. If this bug really was for choppas, many ppl from order create a million tickets )) about this

It's the Slayer/Choppa morale 2 with AoE spec. Welcome to the post lvl32 world of insta win M2's. And just in time when we got rid of Festerbomb too...

Newly released ability not working as intended? That's a post for the Bugtracker, not an accusation on the forums.
