Influence reset after completion

Yeah so was playing a bit on my engineer in T2 elf today, managed to get like 2 bars worth of influence ultimately completing my influence in T2 Elf - But then when I came back to get the rewards later, my Influence had reset completely to 0 :/
Halp plz? D;

Just to make sure this isn't what happened: you are checking the "High Elf" influence in your Tome, not the "Dark Elf" influence, right? Both entries tend to unlock. Or talking to the Rally Master rather than checking the Tome.

Yea that's not the issue lol.
Talked with Rally Master and none of my rewards available even though I had completed all the influence.

Alright welp it seems to have fixed itself somehow, no idea how.
Went to the rally master today again and my rewards were available - Got my influence rifle, happy now =D

Sometime you can earn influence xp without having discovered the chapter, then if you go to the rally master he won't let you pick up your reward. So you have to "discover" the chapter. I'm guessing this is what happened to you, but anyway happy it got solved

Have the same issue yesterday.
Talked with Rally Master and none of my rewards available even though I had completed all the influence.
This pb was the same with all the Rally master Chaos/Dark Elves/Green Skin.
Disconnect and reconnect solve the problem.
