Return of Reckoning

Hi i played this game alot back in the Day and i was wondering
What is most viable, a grace/salv warriorpriest. With exalted defense, grace of sigmar, disrupt Taptic.
Easy 20/20 disrupt and parry, playing with 2hand and aoe hot from salv


Or a shaman, with run/detaunt/resto burst/
All points in heal tree

I heard shamans are useless in general is this true?? ;(

So Melee/heal priest or healing shaman?

who ever told you shammys were useless are straight up lying to you

people might or might not state otherwise here but 2h wps are not as good as 1h + book

you can run around and try to dps but you will never deal as much dmg as a "real mdps"

shamans are pretty meh pre 40. No desperation, lack of 4th tactic slot, no sov ap proc, quite low ttk. All things that stop shamans to show full potentional
The plus side is the lack of kotbs shatter tactic, so it could be even worse...

yeah but why dedicate 1 whole tatic slot to shammies when any wl can destro them with ease? Useing it means your not running the muti target snare or 20% grp crit or 15% heal or ap regen with bellow commands etc

Well played shaman is the thoughest healer ingame.

shamans deal pretty good with WLs. Most important can cleanse wl slow and run away proc prevent more than pounce dmg. Add ap drain and WLs cant do anything, exept 2-3 pounces before run out of ap .
The thing is that shamans got lackluster healing as it is and when we got kotbs tripple shatter, shamans class definitive healing /aka hots/ become totaly obsolete and even dangerous to even cast

No need to facetank kotbs as shaman, there is something called good positioning and kiting.

I will be playing with a KOTBS or a Black orc, so guard will be not be an issue, but I am wondering melee/healing warriorpriest or healing shaman?
