Return of Reckoning

Oi, is there any 30+ champion/quest mob/ anything that is killable and scavengable by order to make leveling 190-195 scavenging more enjoyable than counting that 1 in 100 will give skill up?

Kill destro enemies lvl 30+. j/k, it doesn't work on RoR (yet). I hope we get that someday (you were able to scavenge dead enemies on live).
