Kill Quests dont work?

Kill Quests not seem to be working,its just me?:)

Probably just you... t3 kill quests were working fine just a few hours ago.

Every now and then, my kill quests are bugged when I log in. They are orange and seem to be complete, but they don't show any details for the quest, or statistics of kills. I will take a screen shot and post on BugTracker next time it happens.
