Devs: NA primetime RVR Needs your Help!

Since the launch of T3 - population during NA primetime (6pm to 1am eastern time) has seen an uptick (was around 150ppl pre-T3... now usually hovering between 250-200).
Unfortunately, the additional population has not translated into a more active RvR environment.
The reason -
The new T3 patch has killed all incentive for RvR:
A. Devastator Gear - totally awesome. Problem - it costs medallions that are more easily acquired via SC's then taking keeps (both due to kills and the new medallion quest).
B. Most t3 players are rr capped / exp capped and therefore do not care about the trivial influence/rr/exp gained from the keep take.
How do we fix this problem?
1. Keep takes need to be incentivized - even if no resistance..you need to get something worth the trouble. At the moment the only thing T3 players care about are the medallions. No resistance keep take needs to award at least ONE medallion to make it still worthwhile to do
2. Keep defense needs to be incentivized - if people received medallions for defending a keep then people would do it - if keeps are defending..people would then want to take them..because taking a defended keep awards medallions (currently two - should be bumped to three)
3. Give the keep take itself more influence reward. BO's are like 150 influence. make the keep take more (regardless of resistance). This is minor and won't completely fix the issue..but it can help.
4. I'll post this because it's been mentioned and I do agree it will slightly help - posterns need to be enabled in t3 to allow defense to be possible. Although - at the moment this wouldn't solve the issue since the taking of keeps isn't happening. Taking keeps simply isn't enticing enough at the moment and as a result - no one is doing it.
Please - rvr is a big part of the game..and unfortunately during NA primetime...it is now completely dead.
