Are they worth the grind you need to do on T2+? Cause I've been on the SC Grind in T2 since LVL 12 and I'm only at ~60 Coins, and I wanna have them Xiphos (((

Typically yes, What level are you currently? I mean dont get me wrong once you enter T3 that weapon will be replaced pretty quickly.

t2 sc weapon for healers is quite good, the diffrence between t2 and t3 sc weapon is quite low \10ish stats at best\ so it is worthed depending of the class u play

At keeps? Or at warcamps? Never noticed..... I've only seen Soldier's to Scout and Scout's to Recruit....

You can convert upwards at the vendor for the gear. It will have an option to "buy" an emblem/medallion for the price of 5 of the lower tier currency.

Actively? No. The drop rate on medals is just TOO low, played 8 hours of sc and ORVR and got 2, that sucks, especially when im gonna need 200 for the entire armor set, they should be a 10-20% drop rate to accomidate the fact that in parties or warbands they are generally split betweene veryone, or give easier quests to get them rather than killing 150 total, 50 of 3 types of race to get 5.. Emblems are not too bad, 6 for win in sc and 2 for losses (abit harsh on loss), though it could do with a buff to 8 for win, 4 for a loss.

Pro tip.. solo.

That's a bad tip, most people in ORVR go around in groups, if you are even outnumbered 2 to 1 its game over, and most of the time 1v1 is tricky enough. Grouping is the only safe and reliable way of earning medals atm apart from SC, but then again the drops are split between the group.
