Return of Reckoning

My ban was supposed to last 3 days, from tuesday of the last week to friday, had to send an email because it was still banned past 3 days.

That is now solved thanks but the launcher still says my account is not active, 6 days later.

Its funny because i could play ingame for the first day or so, even if i was not supposed to, afaik the forum ban also means an ingame ban, i guessed it was related to how long it takes sometimes for the DB to change things.

However, i fear waiting more will not solve the issue and my search on the forums seems to confirm it, so any help?

That's a bit unusual. You're no longer on the ban list, we cleared that up when you first emailed, and your forum/game account are definitely tied to each other. The fact that you're posting here should mean you can log into game. This may be related to the same issue that people have when they change their password and it takes time for the game server to recognize the changes.

Yeah thats what i thought also, i waited a few days before posting it for that reason, however searching for it besides frustation gave me results like http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... ive#p29740

So i guessed there may be something else and a thread could help.

Yeah, back in March we didn't have this odd issue with the forum/game connection. It would have been a much quicker transition.

Still not active a day later, it seems like someone else had a similar problem and his got fixed with a server restart http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... f=8&t=8996

I remember reading about how password changes may take up to 2 days but its been since saturday and still inactive.

Was the original ban a forum timed ban?

Yes, the intention was 3 days or so did say the message.

However it seemed permanent and i had to email to solve it.
