There was a series of quests from Chaos T3 Ch11 that gave a cloak with 2 free talisman slots, was it the "Bred, Fed and Led" one?

Guy you have to kill , for finishing the quest, is for some reason FRIENDLY target... so, you can finish 1 part of the quest (talking with him) but thats all...

well there were also epic quests (red skull signed quests) that gave named weapons but they are not in game atm :/
I think it will require some more times.

yes I tried that quest as well, I may try on another character I think you may have to hit him right after you receive the document for it to work otherwise it will not work

yes, the questline for the 2sox crimson-cloak is the "Fred, Fed and Led"-one.

The quest for Dest is called Bred feed, and led, it is optained at chapter 11 quest hub right outside the WC in Talabecland.

The Order version is called An Army marches, and is obtained at the quest hub right outside the keep in high pass, I think its chapter 11 as well.
