Return of Reckoning

When I try to respecialize, I get the message "Respecialization will cost 60 silver coins. Do you want to continue?"
So I check my bag and say to myself,"Oh hey look, I have 11 gold, I can respecialize no problems." So then I go back to the mastery tree, click on respecialize, get the same message, click yes, and nothing happens. I've tried relogging and restarting the game. Any suggestions?

Re-specialize does not work on "AnywhereTrainer" in case you are trying to do it via that.

You have to go to the NPC in camp to respec.
