Return of Reckoning

Hi , i hit lvl 16 and when i wanna to take the first tactics on the mastery tree the tactics stay red color and doesn't appear in my tome . I have try relog and respecialize many time (lol that cost so much) and nothing work .

You have to be level 17 because you need 3 points to reach tactic and 1 more point to pick it. Check the career builder
