Return of Reckoning

Hello!

I just downloded Splashtop 2 on my iphone and it allows me to stream my computer trough iphone and i can touch my iphone and it works as a click on my computer.. I were thinking that its amazing way to farm pve mobs while in school etc, but is it allowed? It might seem like third party program or some kind of botting? I were reading internet and some wow players got banned for doing it. So to sum it up, is it allowed to use apps like Splashtop and play on your iphone or not?
