for me there is little problem with choppa rage
when choppa build berserk and have full, after some time it start to rapidly go down
and even when I'm in party fighting on sc, just berserk end too fast
is it correct?

The rage should go down slower like it was on live now its way to fast, same with Slayer.

does it happen when you're fighting an enemy?

Something similar happened with moral, dropping too fast after combat.

I confirm both morale and rage go out faster than they should!

Both morale and rage go up only when you're fighting an enemy directly. Being in group that is fighting, guarding/being under guard or buffing doesn't count.
