i can't play

Hi,
First time for me in RoR but i can't play.
I have download the game, i can run it but i have only button cinematic,credit, setting, quit.
I can't do anything, no selection of character...
Can someone have this problem ? I try different post in this topic but same problem and nothing works...

i do it this yesterday and this morning but nothing, i have the same problem.
I have the screen of warhammer online with cinematic, setting.... but i can do nothing

i try all of your solution but same problem everytime, i have the screen of the game and his music, cinematic settings... and after, nothing

Seems to me that the game might be incomplete. Try re-extracting the game download, and try again.
If it doesn't work, might have to re-download the game.

Sephiris account tested, connected, character created.
So problem is in the installation process.

i delete the folder and dl with torrent, wait and see now...

same problem with the new dl.
I put the folder on 2 differents ssd but the same "error occured" and i have the game launche with the music and i can't choose a player.
I do all of yaliskah link but nothing...
