Why i change pass in forum/website i can't loggin into game ?

Changing password may take some time to be used on loginserver ( son't ask me why, i don't know).
It may takes some minutes or some days .

Does old password work for log in then or r u stuck in limbo?

old pass is invalid and new don't go

Well. I answered your question. Yes it is vague to answer "days", but it is the best answer we can give to you.

If you rechange your pass, it may be longer and longer... so don't change anything, be patient and it will work.
