I would go something like this for full ST healing

Talismans should be armor. Renown points probably dodge/disrupt/toughness.

With Divine Protection (M3) there is really no need to take Tzeentch's Shielding. Also Ritual of Innervation is quite handy for melee oriented groups.
As for Tgh / W I'd rather take +38 Tgh and +38 W instead of +72 Tgh because Zealot's W pool tends to be relatively small and Tgh is not a great way to mitigate burst damage (unless you stack it high). On the other hand Arm / Res talismans (with decent W bonuses from items / RR) can alleviate Zealot's squishiness noticeably. It is because damage resistances scale linearly with Arm / Res, thus effective wounds (efW) scale better than linearly (this is why excessive Arm stacking in late game is so groundbreaking).

Not really, i dont play a Zealot. But since no one was giving the OP any advice (except "if you dont know by now you are doing something wrong trololol") i went ahead and suggested this.
The ST stagger is awesome for RvR, soloing, SC's... everything. You don't have to babysit your zealot that much (WH jumps him? staggered). It is also awesome for catching those damn kiters. And putting all those points in left tree means you get way more potent ST heals. HINT: before you try to stagger someone, put on your pink pompons for more intelligence so he doesnt disrupt. This doesnt apply to WHs jumping you though since you probably wont have enough time.
As for the M4, granted it is not that useful currently due to not having acces to BTW (although in end game i always go like this:
http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=zea ... :5721:5732:).
So i would change my spec to this:
http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=zea ... 720:5721:0:
If the OP REALLY wants to be good at zealot, i suggest he sends a PM to Fulken/captainhawt. He is the best zealot i ever saw onlive, although he is currently playing a BW. I gave advice based on one of his old posts about Zealots; however it was directed at rank 40 rr70. Maybe he can give some advice on rank 31.

You're probably going to take the armor buff tactic over willpower quite often. The base increase is more than the rune priest's dwarf racial, which is insane, and it also stops a % of armor bypass, making it crazy insane. Most pugs don't use armor pots, and if you're in a premade, your temmates can equip a toughness potion instead of armor as their defensive potion. It's win-win in most cases.

It's a must have tactic for me, I'd sacrifice any other tactic for willpower than that one.
