All of you ppl who have had problems unlocking your T3 Chaos influence, go to ~20k,4k (near the Tempel of Heimkel PQ) in High Pass and the influence will unlock.

Is this for RvR influence? going to PvE route to empire warcamp unlocks that.

It is. And did the PvE route to empire WC.. Only unlocked order RvR influence that way.
