Same for me. I was logged in when server was reset yesterday. Since the reset I always run into the loop. /stuck reset my position but it doesn't change anything when logging in. I also tried to deactivate my antivirus software without result. Login on other chars work as usual.

Same here, one character seems to be bugged. I actually managed to log in with that char once after deleting all addons, user folder and files from sildur enhanced graphics but now it isn't working again.

I got to log in again this evening without issues, but then, when i've tried it several minutes ago, I got the loop sequence again. What's happening?

MAny of you have this problem and it is related in another post too.

Have made some test with one of you (mirk), he has lended me his account to try to connect on his "bugged" character.

I have succeded every time ( tried more than many times at different moments of the day) without any trouble. He has made some tries and crashed or looped. So the issue is probably not on server side. Ask for a trustable mate to try to connect with you account to make the test.

After this, atm, i haven't any clue about what can cause this issue. It is quite hard to fix if we can't reproduce the bug

All i know :

- mirk has deleted his addon folder and interface folders, so it isn't due to settings or addons.
- Can't be IP related, else all characters would be bugged.
- Can't be serverside related, else i couldn't connect 100% successfully on a bugged character from another person.
- Can't be stuff related, else i couldn't connect 100% successfully on a bugged character from another person.
- Can't be character related, else i couldn't connect 100% successfully on a bugged character from another person.

There is maybe a file in client who keep informations and makes crash. I don't see anything else atm...

I invite you to cross informations...

Suggestion : Has one you deleted the cache folder (in game folder) and tested to connect ?

As i mentioned in the other Tread about the Character Login Problems, at the Computer in my second Home i´ve got no Problems to log in my bugged chars. So my experience is consistent with that was Yaliskah wrote.
Here on my Main Apartment the Issue still persist that im not able to log on some characters.

I´ve tried so far:

Deleting Interface/Addons Folder
Deleting Users Folder
Deleting Cache
Run the Client in Compatibilty Mode (Win 7/ Win Xp)
Tried on different Machines (AMD APU Win 8.1/AMD APU Win 8.0/Corei7 Win 8.1/Athlon 64 Win Xp)
Nothing helps

Now im downloading the client again and setting up an new Installation( or better said, copying client in a different folder with no addons etc...)

Edit:

So i´ve downloaded the client via Direct Download and copied it in a fresh Folder just with the Launcher and it doesnt work(Game runs, but some(also the same as before) chars are bugged).

Torrent Client aswell doesnt work.

Tested on 2 looped characters : Solved.

Try to connect and delete a mawimum of quests ( having 75-80 quests seems to be a maximum to have ( 4 pages ))

Great news, thank you for your support. But what to do if you can't login to your char? How can we delete quests without logging in?
