Path Of Hitta

//Since servers are full and I know alot of us cannot get In, I'd like to start a topic about Path of Hitta or Big Hittin as Throttle calls it.
Stats:
Primary- Weapon Skill
The reason WS is chosen over strength is because path of hitta skills + tactics hit hard naturally, not as hard as they would with a full STR stack, but hard enough to down any squishy target. With that being said the only true problems Hittas may face is tanks, this is why weapon skill is so important. In gen. you want AT LEAST 42-50% weapon skill. Armor pen. scales well with finishers like Weaklin Killa and No More Helpin. Having good armor penetration also will help negate alot of incoming healing because the blow will deal just that much damage.
Secondary- Strength
Depending on your Hitta play still. If you want to be a total Powerhouse stack STR as your primary instead of weapon skill. STR increases ability damage, and hitta is all about ability damage, waiting for rage to build to exhaust in one big hit. With full STR your ability damage will scale tremendously, squishy targets will fall almost in an instance from blurrs of Slasha debuffs and Reckless blows.
Others- Parry/ Toughness / WOunds
Hittas get beat on alot, probably more often than others if your against a premade that has figured out your dishing out death blows with weaklin kill/ Reckless blow combos in 3 seconds, you are bound to become a target. Build parry and toughness, or toughness and wounds for extra defense behind your Dat Tickles.
Tactics and Builds

This Throttles current build. Maximizing on rage resets and crit. The build is heavily depended on tactics so his stats are very low compared to others.
http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=chp ... 0:;0:0:0:0:
Similar to the first build but wtih more base stat to hit harder but alot less Crit dmg. At 40 he will be able to take all tactics from the first build with brute force or Dont wannah live for ever.
http://waronlinebuilder.org/#career=chp ... 8:;0:0:0:0:
This is a more defensive build using rage resets to proc blood lust which almost always heals upon reset. In times Throttle has personally had seven healing procs from resets using this build. When using this defensive build Switch your primary Talisman stats to toughness and wounds with your primary stat being Weapon Skill to guarantee hit procs.
Rage resetting and maximizing reset damage
Wear em down gives hittas a 50% chance to regain 25% rage. This is were your reset comes from
Strong Finish gives 15% crit and -10% crit defense. This is were your damage and procs come from
(your last tactic being dont wannah live for ever or stab yer gooder is strictly for damage)
When lining up rage resets you always want to be in BERSERK state, I may be wrong on this but it has not failed me yet. I look at it like a dollar if Wear em down gives 50% chance to regain 25% rage. Then the more range i spend, the more likely the rage reset? I begin experimenting at 75% Berserk rage, and dumping with No more helpi ( if on healer) or Sit down, and 3/5 of those experiments I found that in 10 resets 7 of the first 2-3 resets came from starting my rage dump @ 75%. Meaning from berserk stage if I reckless blow I had more chance to gain a Wear em down reset than strictly trying to reset at 25% Furious stage. Try it, and tell me your results on rage dumping resets!
Rotation
Rotations as a hitta is simple. First NEVER use Weaklin killa for your opening rage dump, becuase the CD is so high you want to save it for when the enemy is soften up with x3 Slasha toughness debuffs or a successful Sit down following up with weaklin killa from BEHIND. As any choppa your opener should always be slasha and your slow debuff. IF your using Tired Already, that is also a good opener as it increases Cool down as sort of like a small disable for enemies. Aside slasha and slow debuff Reckless blow is your bread and butter. It is your primary RAGE DUMP/ RAGE RESET. After your initial 75% rage dump for reset, you instantly want to go into your reckless spam to weakin the target to finish them with your Weaklin killa.
EXample: Phase 1: Openers Slasha x2, Slow Debuff, Slasha > Repeat until Berserk 75% rage/ Red bar > (Rage dump openers) Sit down( if in 1v1 or taking too much CC from tanks/ MDPS), No more Helpin ( if on healers which can be followed up by Sit down if timed right), Tired already (works in every situation)
Phase 2: Rage dumping (considering you get a reset at 75% you will be dumped down to 25%) Reckless blow X how ever many times you can proc the reset( keep in mind you want to up keep slasha and slow) and thats it
Phase 3: Finishers Weaklin Killa if 50% or below with all 3 stacks of slasha OR after every 3 reckless Resets OR after sit down. No more Helpin if on healers.
I hope you guys enjoyed reading sorry for the wall of text im terrible at posting. I find hitta really interesting even tho rarly used. IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY TIPS COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS ON HITTA PLEASE LEAVE THEM BELOW. I will have future video guides coming soon as i get more comfortable with gear and rage dumping, as I myself am new to the game and the spec. Thank you!!//
