Return of Reckoning

I have one character that gets stuck in the Inevitable City. He use to get out of the city with the /stuck command. Every time that character goes back to the city, the character gets stuck in Zone 0. Now when I try to enter the game with that character, it goes to the loading screen for the city, then kicks me back to the character selection menu with that character highlighted and no options to change characters.

Would appreciate some help in retrieving this character. Thank you.

You should write /stuck (maybe twice) when on loading screen.
