So im going to be rolling a BO very soon S+B. Im looking to figure out what addons and UI i should go with to support proper RvR/6man tanknspank?

Ive got my UI set up for shammy healer. Not going to be healing much anymore after tonight.

There should be an add-on to easily toggle guard from one target to another called everybody guard.

That cant be the only addon a tank uses in RoR

There's a few per each tank but that's the most common you should look for plan b for BO there really aren't tons for tanks that I'm aware of since Twister is no longer needed. I just got my Kotbs to 15

Enemy and GES, Buffhead for immunes.And in case of BO you can check PlanB.

The addons suggested by ropuch are just fine. You might add Aura to supply Buffhead but it is not necessary.
