ISP Connection problem in Turkey

I cannot believe I couldnt solve this. I just routed a new port as TCP and UDP 8048 and it worked.
Dammit it was false alarm. It worked for one time.
Hello there,i have been playing this game for a while. I was using TTNET Fiber until today.
I just moved to another house and I am using Superonline Fiber now,I am not able to connect.
My friend uses Superonline Fiber too,only way to connect is using VPN. But even VPN not working on mine.
I would like to let you know.
Edit:Seems like noone cares about this problem. I remember the days there were not even class mechanics.
I even bought seedboxes to just seed torrent client. Thanks for all,have a good game for me.

Same launcher i used to play the game 13 hours ago. I just moved my house today. Now using different internet provider. My friend has Superonline Fiber too,he was having this issue.

It seems you don't manage to communicate with server on port 8048.
Can you try to make a telnet on IP 178.32.58.46, port 8048
You can use putty to test that.
If everything if OK, you should see a black window. If not, you'll get an error.
If you get an error, check if you haven't a firewall (on your computer or on your ISP box) blocking some ports, and try to open them.

Seems fine. There is no blocking in my firewall or in the router. It is brand new.

The only thing i see in logs is a timeout in connection.
It's strange if you can access by putty... Can you pm me your IP. I'll check in logs.

Still having issues.
Edit: It is not working Hotspot shield now.
