Return of Reckoning

First post here. I play in the server since one month or so, but I don't post in forum, so this is the first time. I don't know if this is the right place to post it (if not, please tell me) but the point is that I have a problem/bug inside the game.

This afternoon I sended a mail between characters with some gear, and when I recieved it in the other character, I open it (pushing the button "take all items") and I didn't noticed that my inventory bags were almost full, so almost all the gear in the mail disappeared. The question is: any GM/dev can help me with this bug? Is this the way to contact them when a problem like this happens? If this is not the right place to post it, please tell me. As I said, i'm new here in forums.

Btw, congratz to all dev for bringing the oportunity to nostalgic players of WAR to replay this great PvP game!

AH well u need to care more next time, they sad many times this things are not priority to fix, look in to, use time to give u back, if there are logs of any kind...

I don't have screenshots of this because I don't know that the items will disappear when I try to take them having the inventory almost full. These things can happen, I mean, if it doesn't happened to you before. Now, knowing it, I will be careful taking items from a mail if my inventory is full.

I will post it in the bug report that u show me, but if u have some kind of register to see the mails that I sended this afternoon u will see that I don't have these items in my character when I take them from the mailbox.

Btw, I notice to the readers the danger of taking items from the mailbox when your inventory is full, because they can disappear.

Always clear your first line of slots in inventory before taking mail.

Normally I have space in my bags but this afternoon I was organizing my bank gear, sending things between characters, and forget to empty the space before go to mailbox. Now, I know it

I reported this bug in the bug tracker page that Elven show me, I hope the devs could confirm that the items disappeared and return me what I have lost.

It's not a priority, I know, but is also a bug that must be fixed.

I'm sorry to hear you came by a bug causing you to lose certain items.

ROR is currently in alpha and therefor support is rather limited. Although I'd love to, I'm afraid we cannot restore your lost items at this time.

For the same reason we do not have a Game Master support team in-game. I recommend creating a topic in one of our support forums whenever you require our assistance. We'll do our best to be of service.

In the future we will definitely have a Game Master team in-game with the necessary tools to be more of assistance.

I imagine that will be difficult to get back the items I lose, but thank you for answer.

It will be great to have some GM to help ppl in their bugs like this, because when u want to have the best gear and u are dedicated and stubborn like me u must farm, farm and farm, and atm is really difficult to get the best gear in game (need lot of farming or lot of friends, lol) and when u lose it, like it happen to me, its like: wtf I was doing with my **** life to get all these sh1ts and then lose it in a bug? hahaha, but I understand, these things happen in Alpha game, so no problem, step by step .

I might be able to help. Did you have the item 2pm before you sent the item? And which day was it exactly?
