Weapon disappears

After exiting the game equipped 2h weapon on my KoBS disappears. It happend two times, i have lost 2 swords. How can i solve this problem, it's impossible to buy a new weapon every day. Besides first time disappearad my renown-influence sword which can not be taken again. The irony is that i remember that bug in 2009-2010 official servers and i remeber it happend with my KoBS too. Back than i was told by GM that weapon returns with next server restart or something like that. But here it doesn't work as i see - the day passed and nothing happend. So, how can I get my rare sword back and what is important - avoid this problem at the future?
