Black game window

Hello, when open launcher and login i see only black window game. What happen? Any idea?

If you mean, when you log into your toon that was working fine the but now you only see the ui and a black screen then follow these steps. Log into your toon, while in the loading screen, type the /stuck command, then quickly type the /stuck command again.

I see nothing, only black window. No Ui ;/
