Is no one torrenting?

trying to torrent game but its just sitting in my torrenter as starting. never once does the progress bar move. might it be that I'm using the wrong app? torrenty is what ive got because of its ratings. also I'm a windows 10 user.

I'm personally seeding 24/7, so I know the torrent's active. Have you tried enabling DHT in your torrent client? The torrent doesn't use a torrent server as far as I know, so unless you enable DHT you won't see any seeds or peers.
