Return of Reckoning

First time trying to play this game.

I did all recomended operations, including installation of DX 9c. After this I still receive this annoying message.
Do you guys know how to solve this?

Graphics card Nvidia GeForce GT520 - Up-to-date
Intel Core-2-Duo
2 GB Ram
Windows 7 64Bits Ultimate
~ 50GB Free Space

You aren't supposed to run WAR.exe, you should download the launcher (RoRlauncher.exe).

You can find it on page 2 on the download page (click on "next step" on the download page)

2 GB ram is really low for Win7.
Even if it might run, you won't have much fun outside pve and sc.

the server is stretched beyond its limit and new players is only adding to it.

Hi people.

Problem solved. My error was linked to the code 0xc00007b.
I downloaded some files and added them to the system.
