SORC AOE ISSUE

We have a sorc in multiple SC's in a row, doing 4K shattered shadows AOE's on order and 1 shotting them.
Something is seriously wrong here.
Can someone please investigate - PM me if you would like further specific details.
As a reference - the BW equivalent of Fiery Blast does at best, 500 - 750 to ppl. She's hitting individuals for 4K+ each.
