You are required to be very good in a six-mans group to take down pairs of lvl 40 Heros.
It dropped me some items of the Weird along with two Epic engineer gears which I manage to sell through AH. Recieved 550G for each.

We killed morra that wolf last week and drop was a green lvl 25 cloak.
Two weeks before we killed that yethee.
No Drops, no money, no xp.
