My brother has made an account but he isn't receiving an activation email.

I've seen on other threads that microsoft related email addresses have problems receiving it but his is a gmail email.

His account name is: Hazbo213

Any help would be appreciated,

He gets 'Your account is not active' on the launcher and on the forums.
