Launcher doesn't do anything

Hello,
I was able to play yesterday, but today the launcher has no effect at all, i double click on it, nothing happen at all.
I did remove Read only, and I tried to launch it as admin, nothing to do, launcher can't launch anything, I did try to download it again, 3 times, same issue.
Any idea??
