looking for usa guild

I have a Runepriest and a Bright Wizard, both around lvl 10 and I am looking for a guild to level with as well as rvr with.
I am new to the game although I played it when it first came out.
My playing time will be Mon thru Fri around 8pm til midnight PST. More on Wed and thur since those are my days off.
