Return of Reckoning

So I posted this in general discussion but realize that may not have been the best spot. Here is the initial post

To sum up, I have never seen, had an opportunity to roll, or received any medallions of any sort on any characters (neither has my wife) in any form of (O)RvR. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
