Mantle of the Fireborn

Hi everyone,
today i saw some people wearing the "Mantle of the Fireborn" but that item shouldnt be available atm because you get it by climbing a mountain in t4 and clicking on an axe, did the devs put the item in the t2 zone so everyone can get it? or are those people wearing it devs or GMs? or did they cheat to get the items? im confused how they got it.

On the original server you had to kill 1000 dragons to get it.
There was an event at the early days of this server, with the mantle as reward.
Maybe there is a similar event in the future.

It was for an event earlier on the server.
I miss those events those were really fun

Can someone confirm if killing 1k dragons actually gives u a reward? Dont wanna waste my precious time

You don't have enough time in the world to get 1k dragon kills. I've found 1 dragon on the server that takes a team to get to and a 6 hour respawn.

Yes you can, I have 1k drag kills (and also yes I have no life)

Their is a dragon with quite low respawn time somewhere outside dragonwake destro warcamp, i remember farming it on live.
Fortunately i was playing in those early days and got both pegasus and fireborn

Which mob? Because I would wager you farmed a bugged mob as opposed to a intended dragon before it was fixed.
Most of it was that ye:) but that got fixed before I could finished so had about 40-50 kills on the hero drag, it was in DW I think near order keep, and 1 more I dont remember. Btw if that counts as exploit you can take away the cloak, Im not using it anyway

Cinderfall was the spot to farm dragons on live, 2 basic mobs so you could farm them alone on any class unlike the hero dragons, idk if they exist on here tho.
