Return of Reckoning

was doing birthday quest in IC and all npc dissapeared in temple part .then i loged out and now i cant log in with any of my chars .just loading and then i get kicked to char select screen.
trayed rebooting pc,game,reloging,switching chars.
nothing works
what should i do ?
