Hi, I'm new to this... Just struggling to find the auction and scout quartermasters for Order. Can anyone point me in the right direction, thanks!

Auction for order is on the Main Square of Altdorf, you will see npcs behind iron bars, it`s there.
I don't know exactly what you mean by Scout Quartermasters, but all the QMs are on the red painted part of the map, Southwest Altdorf.
