Password/username not accepted

Hello, the launcher does not accept my username / password but it works on the forum . Can anyone help me with that ??

Did you change your password lately?
If so, change it again to an all lower-case letters, no numbers, and wait a few hours. Unfortunately, passwords take a while to reset properly on the server for some reason.

I change my passwort just like you say, only lower-case letters.

Thanks xyeppp I'll give it a go. I haven't changed my password since i created the account but i do have numbers and capital letters

now I'm getting a new error any ideas?

i created a new account, with only lowercase and no numbers, just normal lettering in both usename and password. It just gives me "Wrong account/password"

Got the same problem. After receiving a new one via forgot password I am able to login to forum but not ingame. I will not start leveling again. Too bad loved warhammer end expected lots of fun. But when the login is not working........

Also getting the same issue. Made this account over a year ago and changed the password just now. Guess I just have to wait a few hours?
