No Handshaking information

When i login to the game no handshaking information is displayed inside the black box, i left the game for 10 minutes as i thought maybe it took a while first time login but it still had no effect.

Try adding exceptions to your firewall, and if that doesn't help try using a VPN (
www.hotspotshield.com) with the server set to London.
