Scen weapon gone

Yesterday I finally had my 210 emblems to buy the sorc staff. Added a 20int and a 112 armour talisman to it. Today I log in, the staff is gone. I know it's alpha, I made a prn scrn when I bought it. Would love to get my staff back, not looking forward doing 400 scens over again.

I actually lost my weapon as well when I logged my WL today. no clue why, it was a butcher's so not like it's a huge loss but still...

Sometimes an item might get lost after a server restart - we are still not sure what causes this issue, but are actively looking for a fix and will hopefully get it done sometime soon.
I understand the frustration this has caused you having to grind 210 emblems, unfortunately our current policy states we are unable to reimburse any items or gold lost. I will check if something can be done in such a special case, but I would not get my hopes up.

If one has proof of buying the item, would that fall under a special case....
If so, I'm going to fraps my having the SC emblems in my bag and me buying the item.
(Also to OP, I'm sorry to hear that happen to you, that really sucks. I can imagine the horrible feeling. )

I made prn screens when I tried to slot talismans just after I bought the Staff

Did it disappear when you tried to slot talis? I had this happen to me, I would see the Chest(my case) when I logged in like it was waiting for a tali but it would not be in my backpack. I ended up putting a tali in and vola! the chestpiece appeared in the backpack

I wonder why they can't just add items or emblems. My girlfriend has left the game becouse of the same issue. If we have a chance on every server sestart to lose our items why we have to grind so hard?

Because we have no way to tell whether or not we're being lied to.

Carso: this was taken when I bought the weapon yesterday afternoon. I made the prn scrns when slotting didnt work, just in case.
A relog made it possible to slot them. The rest of the day and evening I used the staff, showing it of to several people ofc.
But today the weapon was gone ... :-/

Ok sounds like a different issue than the one I had.
