Best Choppa Build

I was wondering what the best Choppa build is for doing damage. Utility is fine and all, but I'm more curious on how to get more damage output from a Choppa.
their are only 2 viable builds, i dont know if you read destro /ad but wreka tree is absolute garbage dont spec it
