Where do you use Teir 2 medallions?

I have a rank 16 WP with 21 medallions, but I have no idea where to turn them in.

Only gloves that's really all you can buy with them.
Wish we could buy the full set tho

If your Order check in altdorf if your Destoro check IC undercroft
