Return of Reckoning

i give credit where its due and the people making this game a reality deserve credit.
but its been 3 days now where i had the same problem made several asks and inquiries on several other posts with similar problems, it seems technical support is just filled with the same questions over and over again, with same answers over and over again. that have been told by many don't work as they have tried them. yet no further help is to be found.

i have been unable to make a char sins my startup screen simply does not show the creation menu. after a min i then also get a critical error stating its unable to authenticate.
i asked i replied and no one answers.
i tried all solutions so far. re downloaded the game 3 times using all download options with no success. re downloaded the launcher several times, changed read only setting put programs on admin nothing. used a vpn. nothing.

again i give great praise for every one making this game possible. if only i could play it as i been really looking forward to step into the world of warhammer once again.
but i would realy like to see a more active help. or atleast a database where i can find all sollutions given so far

Try making another account if you have an authentication issue. Changing your password can take quite a while to update.

On behalf of the team, our apologies for not having a flawless installer. It's worked for the vast majority of players, so time has not been dedicated to ironing out the remaining issues. We can't really repackage to folder into a proper installer as we're really just running an emulator based on the core game files.
