Return of Reckoning

been trying to fix it but with no luck. i re downloaded the mega download unpacked again reinstalled the launcher but every time i launch i launch without to option to create a char. all other menus are there.

then after about a min or so i just get an error saying i couldn't authenticate and kicks me from the game.

how do i fix this
