Return of Reckoning

So as the title says is that no srs way to earn [Scout's Emblem] after lvl 22? fact dont have anything against the grind but atm people out lvl 12-22 very fast and the only way to earn it before you hit 22 is grinding sc's means if you want these weps Badly you have to skip oRVR completly to not earn any unnecessary Exp and hope to win tons of times to be able to buy the weps before you pass 22. And even if its just 20+ wep thay are still very good, and it also gives people a little reason to join sc's

I understand for the fact that the convert system with Emblem boxes dont work etc, But why dont make a temp solution, Make 22+ Sc's both give [Scout's Emblem] and [Soldier's Emblem].
