How exactly could timer [for changing the Realm] help if there are free acounts and you can literally have tens of accounts?

When you have free acounts it's going to be impossible to keep people from x-realming.

Even on live people x-realmed on the same server, they just had to pay an extra 15$ a month for the privilege to do so.
