Return of Reckoning

I have main hand axe 3.0 sec speed and off hand hammer with 2.6 speed.
as u can see there is AA from main hand every 3 sec, and off hand wep hits are every 2-15 sec, i was standing in place, is it bug or i am missing something about offhand ?
PS: i ask here before reporting cose i am not sure if it is bug or not.
This happens in fight but i thought my target moves so i dont land some AA hits, but now was different, was hiting door.

nothing wrong off hand have a "chance to hit" it does not auto hit every x seconds.

Offhand is essentially a proc, it's a super complicated formula, but it essentially boils down to 46%? of the time your MH swings your OH will as well. The damage also gets normalized I think, so having a high speed MH with a low speed OH doesn't become OP/broken.
