Installer error, Art2.myp fails to extract

I have redownloaded the client for Windows.
When I extract the .zip file. it gives me an error saying Data error : data\art.myp
When I open the folder there is a file called art.myp (1,309,855,744 bytes)
When I launch the installer, it cannot complete the installation because art2.myp file is missing.
